Why do you like computers?
I love computer since I first started using Apple ][e in the 1980's. My Dad was a high school Math Teacher and he would borrow the computer from the school over the summer. I'd work on it for hours, writing BASIC programs, taking it apart, and reading manuals. It was lot of fun as I learned lot how computers works. Learning about computers endless journey for me!
What can you fix?

Are you a Mac or PC person?
I like them all, particularly Linux. Linux is a free system that could do just as good (or better) than XP and Mac!
What if you couldn't fix an issue?
If there is a problem that couldn't be diagnosed or take too much time, I'll provide recommendations that may be buying new parts, backing up data, formatting hard drive, or reinstalling operating system. I will specify which part(s) and where to get them.
Why are you doing this from your home?
Since I normally work at a school as a High School Technology Teacher and do not own an business office, I'm donating my summer time by fixing computers from my home.
Are you able to communicate in American Sign Language?
Yep!
How are you different than Geek Squad or Firedogs?
These technicians are professional so they cost lot of money. They make a living out of fixing computers. Also, they have more people to provide work for lesser turnaround time.
Are you certified technician?
I'm working on becoming one!
Do you offer on-site repairs?
At the moment, no. My milages are already high! :)
What about remote services over broadband connection?
Maybe in the future - if there is a strong demand or interest.
